Claura ("we", "us", "our") operates the Claura platform at claura.dev — an AI-powered cryptocurrency analytics service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, password), information generated through your use of the Service (watchlist, portfolio holdings, chat history within your session), and technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and usage patterns for analytics and security purposes.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate your account, process subscription payments, send essential account communications (e.g. password resets, billing notices), and ensure the security of the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Claura uses the following third-party services which may process your data: Supabase (authentication and data storage), OpenAI (AI-generated analysis — messages are processed but not stored by us), CoinGecko (market price data), Lemon Squeezy (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
Your account data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security enforced, meaning only you can access your data. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Claura uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
